The American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board (AANPCB) Commissioner Election is held every October. The Board of Commissioners (BOC) governs the AANPCB organization and its certification programs. The election for two (2) BOC positions is scheduled for Sunday, October 20, 2024 and will close midnight (PST) Saturday, November 2, 2024. 

All AANPCB-certified nurse practitioners are encouraged to vote for these very important positions. Certificants will receive an email from aanpcbelection@prestigetech.com with instructions and a link to their secure ballot when voting opens. 

This year, there are two (2) open board positions representing Family Nurse Practitioners. 

Voters participating in this election will be entered into a random drawing in which ten winning certificants may choose either a certification renewal* ($195 value) or a $200 Amazon gift card.
