September 2019 - Commissioner Elections for two Family Nurse Practitioners to serve on the AANP Certification Board will begin on Sunday, October 13th, 2019 via secure electronic voting format. Elections will close on Saturday, October 26th at midnight (PST). The Board of Commissioners oversees the administration of AANPCB’s nurse practitioner certification programs. Duties on the certification board will begin January 1, 2020 for 3-year terms.

AANPCB-certified NPs who vote are entered into a random drawing to win one of two (2) certification renewal waivers.
