The American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board (AANPCB) Commissioner Election is held every October. The Board of Commissioners (BOC) governs the AANPCB organization and its certification programs. The election for BOC positions is scheduled for Sunday, October 10, 2021 and will close midnight (PST) Saturday, October 23, 2021.

This year the election will be for three Commissioner positions representing two Family Nurse Practitioners and one Adult-Gerontology/Adult Nurse Practitioner. Candidates for these positions are listed below with links to their bio sketches.

By voting, you will be entered into a drawing to win a waiver of your next Recertification Fee!

Voters participating in this election will be entered into a random drawing in which AANPCB will award four Certificants with a voucher to cover the application fee for their next certification renewal. Winners will be notified by Monday, November 1, 2021.
